Josh Steed has been in the real estate business for over 29 years since graduating from Vanderbilt University. Josh worked for six years with the commercial real estate firm of Branch & Associates, Ltd. While working for Branch, he focused primarily on tenant improvements, retail, office and industrial development, property management and investor relations. In 1991, Josh then went to work with the renowned residential developer, Jim Cowart. Josh says, “Mr. Cowart helped me understand that timely communication with the customer is the builder's most important function.”

Josh's philosophy is to provide the best possible product, in the best possible location for the best possible price. Josh focuses on quality construction , design and attention to detail. Steed Properties has built homes in the communities of Linfield, Amberfield and Glen Abbey. Recent projects include Parc St. James, Dunwoody; Madaline Manor, Atlanta; and Magnolia Park, Sandy Springs.

Josh is a Native Atlantan and is married to the former Robbin Conklin and they have three children.
